The location next to Roma Termini was convenient for exploring the city. The small room had a strange smell, and we encountered a few issues with Wi-Fi connectivity during our stay.

Great location just a short walk from Termini station.
I experienced a frustrating check-in process, having to wait over 40 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. To make matters worse, I was not informed that the local tax had to be paid in cash until I arrived, quite inconvenient. The breakfast situation was another letdown, as it was not served on-site and I could only get a croissant and a drink at a nearby café.

Oh, the culinary delights nearby were a feast for the senses! La Pasticciera served pastries, made the mornings shine. Plus, I discovered El Norteno, where their tacos were a street food dream come true!
The overall experience was more 'meh' than marvelous. We waited outside for 30 minutes, and the staff struggled with English. The room change was the only silver lining, but it still had a bad dresser smell and a dim view of a messy backyard. Definitely don't go for the first floor!
